You’ve got questions, and we’ve got answers. Below are some of the things we get asked a lot. Still wondering about something? Reach out directly.

Bring your boxing gloves, your own yoga mat if you don’t want to borrow ours, a water bottle to stay hydrated and your try-hard attitude.

We do not have boxing gloves for you to buy, so those are most important. We recommend these ones off of Amazon – the 10 oz size specifically, but grab whatever feels good to you.

In our strength classes you’ll move through stations. At each station you’ll repeat an exercise with appropriate periods of rest time in between sets.

Our yoga classes follow a traditional yoga class format – gotta love that savasana at the end, right?

Finally, our special 20/20 class with trainer Ben Kalra follows a 20 minute yoga flow format followed by a 20 minute bodyweight workout with 5 minutes of cool down.

We truly believe within our walls you get more than a workout – you get a fam. We’ve been to gyms where you walk in and no one says anything to you and they just get right to it. And if that’s your jam, no judgements. But when we set out to create hygge FIT, we wanted a little something more.
